CUSTOM ORDER Men's ring 925 Sterling Silver Tree "Storms make trees root deeper"
This is a custom order in your size. I have ring sizing tools available if interested. Please allow ca. a week for production prior to shipping. I will create the ring as soon as possible, but I also still work full-time in another profession. Not that no ring will be exactly the same, the custom order will be similar as the ring in the picture but not exactly the same.
This ring was designed for men who perhaps either are going through a challenging time or who remember such a time and are proud to have come on the other end of it.
I often find nature to be a good place to recharge. Just the other day my head was so full with things that I sat down at one of my favourite trees in the village....in about 15 minutes I felt a lot better.
The shank of this ring was forged on an anvil into a slightly ellipsoid cross-section, I left the hammermarks on the inside for an organic look. This too could be symbolic for experiences lived. The lines of the bark with engraved by hand, the finish on the outside is a sateen shine.
I find a lot of men's ring are often very bulky, angular...I hope to offer something a little different with something that is very organic yet nonetheless is still "masculine". The inscription reads: " Storms make trees root deeper", a slight alteration of a Dolly Parton quote.
The shape of this ring is slightly conical - there is " one direction" to wear the ring correctly; it is comfortable on the finger.
The ring weight will be ca. 5 g in silver.
The ring is delivered in a jewellery box with an impregnated polishing cloth. It will not oxidize very quickly, but it is is nice to have in case it does (the cloth will turn a bit black with use, the blacked it gets the better it works. It should not be washed, and it is good for gold jewellery as well).
